Corporate Computer Recycling

Desktop & Laptop Computer Recycling

Wait... don't throw that old computer in the landfill! Recycling computers is easy and good for the environment. With 75% of all obsolete computing equipment currently being held in storage, you can easily free up some room by donating to us. Discarded computers, non repairable computers, scrap computers, computer boards and other computer related parts are considered Electronic waste and should be recycled and disposed of properly.

Smartphone & Flip phone Recycling

Remember those old Motorola RAZR phones? Or better yet, the old school Zack Morris phone from Saved By The Bell? Believe it or not, the average midsize business has 13 nonfunctional mobile phones stored in their offices somewhere. I bet it’s in that junk drawer you’ve been meaning to clean out.

Cable & Internet Equipment

How many Tivo’s or Comcast cable boxes have you gone through before maxing out your cable/satellite package? I know it took me a half dozen set-top boxes to finally find one that works for me. There might even be a VHS player under there.

Television & Computer Monitor Recycling

Almost every business has computer monitors and old TV sets that have been out of commission for over a year now. It’s probably time to get rid of those e-waste items and most of them have small amounts of mercury and lead in them, which needs to be properly disposed.

Printers, Copy & Fax

How many printers, scanners, and fax machines do you have around collecting dust? It’s just as cheap to buy a new printer than a new set of ink sometimes. Fax me your pager number and I’ll send you the 411.

What do you do with the hard drives?
A:
Unless it’s top-of-the-line hard drives, each memory plate is completely melted into liquid metal. There’s no unmaking that cake. If it’s a brand new hard drive, we “write down to zero” and resell. None of your old data is accessible by even the most sophisticated software.

What do you do with the recycled computers?
A:
The best way to reduce waste is to give things new life if you can. If your recycled electronic are newer and functional, they will be securely wiped of all data and personal information, installed new software and put the item up for sale. If they are older that 3 years, they will be broken down, separated by material and melted down.

Do you charge for your electronic recycling service?
A:
Some items have small fees associated with them, but most items are free:

$2 Recycling Fee for each small Inkjet / Laser Printer

$2 Recycling Fee for Flatscreen Computer Monitors

$5 Recycling Fee for Microwaves

$20 Recycling Fee for each CRT Monitor

$20 Recycling Fee for each tube/box TV

$50 Recycling Fee for each large Copy Machine

$50 Recycling Fee for trash, styrofoam, or loose plastics

Do you pick up on the weekends?
A: On special occasions and when previously approved.

Is there a minimum quantity of electronics you’ll accept?
A: No. But there will be a pickup fee if 12 computers/servers is not included in the pickup. We’ll pretty much recycle it all. If it has a cord or batteries, most likely… we’ll take it.

Is there a minimum quantity of electronics you’ll pickup from a Business?
A: Yes. There needs to be a minimum of 12 computers, servers or telecom equipment included in the pickup to qualify for a free pickup. We’ll still come out for $75 even if you don’t.

Is there a maximum quantity of electronics you’ll accept?
A: No. The more the merrier.

Do you come into the building?
A: No. All material should be put in bins or boxes and be waiting at the first floor exit of loading dock.

Do you securely remove private data, passwords & sensitive computer files?
A:
Yes. All hard drives are wiped or destroyed. For business clients, we provide a Certificate of Destruction for your records.

Do you resell anything?
A: Yes. The best way to reduce waste is to give things new life. If your recycled electronics are newer and functional, then I will securely wipe all data, install new software, and put the item up for sale.

Do you take furniture, yard waste or construction debris?
A: No, but we have many Junk Removal partners that we can recommend.

Do you take paper, plastics or aluminum cans?
A: No, but I’ll tell you where the best place to take it will be.
